Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that requesting a return does not automatically guarantee that the return will be accepted. All returns and refunds are subject to review and approval at the seller’s discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been reviewed, Monarq reserves the right to approve or decline the return at its discretion, subject to applicable consumer laws and regulations.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the applicable return shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please provide your order details and clear photographs or videos of the issue when contacting us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to seller approval and product availability.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want may be to return the item you have, if the return is approved, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Where applicable, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the return and refund have been approved.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
